Medical Proof That Riding a Motorcycle is GOOD for You!

A couple of months ago, I broke a tooth... So... I go to the Dentist and find out...there's a lot more trouble than just that single bit of worn out ivory... there's a whole mouthful of difficulty...

Great.

So begins a several month routine of journeys to town to drain what lil' We've managed to collect in our anemic full time RVin' Biker coffers.

Well... all those trips this winter, from Bouse in SW Arizona, from Roosevelt Lake in East Central Arizona... were made in the truck.

Yesterday... I rode my bike down from our current camp in the Verde Valley area to Phoenix for my last visit... until I manage to collect enough cash to do some more work... yuck...

So... Each time I arrived, before they started any work they'd take my blood pressure. Truck trips averaged 140-150 /82 or so... kinda high...

Well... the Medical Proof that Motorcycle's are good for you came along yesterday...

I made the first visit riding the Raider to town. Rode the Raider in through Heavy, Holiday traffic comprised of a large number of ignorant and abusive cagers... thinking; "My Blood Pressure ain't gonna be a pretty thing today!" ;)

The Dentist puts the cuff on and 116/70! Suh-Wheet!

Even through the heavy and ignorant traffic... the Healing power of the Open road came through! ha ha! :)

The moral of the story is... if you're sick or just beaten down by the junk in life... climb on your bike and put it in the wind. You'll be better in no time!

I just wish it would work on the rest of those teeth. :)

10-4 on the healing power of the wind in your face. Same happens to me on the blood pressure, only about 15 points lower but still better. Get the dentist thing done and the ride will get even better!
Happy trails!
